This place actually hasn’t been lived in yet. And it’s within walking distance to almost anywhere anyone could work downtown. Parking is on the street but there is plenty of it with street lights. The only time parking can be tight is 9am to 4pm when everyone tries to park here and walk to wherever they work downtown (New Era, M&T, City Hall, etc.) It’s a one way street but it’s also wide so you can park on either side after 4pm. It’s a short walk to Allen & Chippewa, etc. And it’s also very convenient to drive to / from since it’s so close to the I-190.
I saw this house on Craigslist for 80K last summer, went to look and it was already sold. Either you or Robert Karp bought it up and then posted it for 280. Very nice rehab. That part of Prospect is turning over nicely.
