Apple stepping across it's bounds again

You must be stupid. So what if HP/Dell/Compaq outsources there tech support out to people that will take 1/25 of the money. Who cares if you call and have a problem with your computer, and the guy on the other end doesn’t speak English. Hell I like the challenges, who doesn’t like having problems then making the problems more complicated?
