Application Failed to Initiate Properly

I’m trying to open a program and I get the message "The application failed to initiate properly (0xc0000135).

A quick google search got me this

But I really have no clue what it is telling me to do.

How do I figure out the “full-path-to-file”?

Install this. Its a dot net framework issue.

Downloaded and installed that, now I have a box that pops up that says “Unable to find a version of the runtime to run this application”.

The application I’m trying to install is Pete’s Motorola Root Tools

Amke sure you date is set properly.

I’m not really sure if that’s your problem, but I tell people that when they ask me a pc question and it fixes it probably half of the time. GL

Date and time were both good.

I gave up on this stupid program and found a better one that actually works.
