that’s how you in essence calculate static. but techincally: “Displacement is the volume of air “displaced” by the pistons during a single engine cycle. In terms of a single cylinder, displacement is the volume of the space traveled by the piston.”
if you have twice the amount of air coming in, then by definition, you have twice the effectual displacement.

eh, pretty much stock. “Quick” stock that is.
but quik stock is gears, 2 turbo’s, a jet engine, and some nawwwwws.
