I think between me and FN would could put alot of usefull information into one. I will take the ball and roll with it. Tonight I will find my camera and clean up my work benches and make a nice documented process.

Chrome wont adhear to aluminum so its first covered with copper. Only problem is that alum and copper are dissimiliar metals so over time they will corrode under the chrome and cause it to chip away, or in the case of wheels cause the tires to leak.
damn metallurgy science! damn youse to hell! heheh, yea, that sucks. is there anything in the powdercoat world that looks like chrome?
I am talking about a couple of years here, and under the abuse a wheel takes being driven through the winter around here.
yea, i figured it wouldnt chip off in a month
