Pope Exposes Himself to Young Children
Vatican - Controversy erupted across the media after last week"s exposure of the Pope’s genitalia during a performance of young Polish breakdancers. While the controversy continues, Vatican legal counsel Thayall Deservtit stated, “No boys were harmed by this act. It didn’t even take place. Don’t believe what you hear on the internet. These boys are only claiming emotional harm to get at us with big lawsuits. Damn victims always are after our money. Sometimes it’s hardly worth it to molest the little liars.”

my point was that unless there’s legitmate reason to sue…ie them absolutly hating you or her having it out for you…but these kinds of things usually warrent a countersuit for emotional stress or something of that nature…i think it’s one of those laws that people like to throw around in a threating manner but not one that’s used very often…if you’re gonna sue because some 20yr old is messin around with your 15yr old daughter because yu feel that she’s “innocent” then obv you’d go for a rape charge not a “doeden’st matter if she said yes” kinda thing

this has nothing to do with suing, its criminal. If they dont like the fact that you are tapping their daughter, they can file criminal charges against you. But anyways, the whole point of this thread was me informing Pewter that people could tap his daughter and he cant do shit about it…

yeah and how far do you think those criminal charges would go? obv the other family would sue for damages at the same time, the kid would get off with community service at best and the parents would hate eachother forever…
MY point was that it’s more or less a bullshit law, if the parents are that hard core for that they should just sue for rape.
