they go inside your goggles to automatically remove moisture (before it can freeze, lol)

it says member price of $60, but idk who classifies as a member

a decent pair of goggles won’t fog.

my thoughts exactly

back in the early 90’s Smith had the “turbo”, had siqqq fans in them, to prevent fogging. They didn’t work so hot if I remember correctly.

x100

I’ve been anywhere and everywhere with my goggles, warm or freezing cold, with no trouble what-so-ever.

cheap too, fuck that 200$ goggle noise.

Yea, my new Scott Goggles don’t fog at all as long as I’m moving; even the lift clears them.

my oakleys never fog up

x2, usually the cheap scotts and what not always fog up.

I have oakley wisdoms and a frames and neither fog on me

My cheap Bolle’s fogged bad; even with treatment. I spent some $$ on the Scotts though (~$80; not a LOT to some of you on here, but more than the $30 Bolle’s).

they still make em.

Hiking in warm weather is always the worst, any other time most of the better goggles are fine.

Some what true, but I don’t car how much money you spend on goggles. If you put them on your head and not over your eyes where the belong, then they are going to fog when your in the lift line. You should know that…

Also never wipe the inside of your lenses with any sort of paper products what so ever. If they get show in them when you fall just shake them of and blot them dry with the goggle bag they came with. This will not break down the anti fog coating om the inside of the lens.
:nerd:

I think they still make them Matt. I think I saw the updated version a few years back at the Vegas show.

Edit: Yeah, they still have them. Maybe we should order some in??? LOLZ

oakley a frames >*

wisdoms are awesome as well and have better peripheral vision, they are just a big too big and goofy for my small face

edit: for sure, never wipe the inside of the lens with anything, as it takes off the anti fog coating. and never use paper products as they have recycled staples in them and will scratch the lenses after a while.

the reason they fog when you put them on your head is because there’s moisture on your hat/head usually, from either sweat or snow. usually goes away after you ride a few feet, or just put them on when you’re on the lift like I do (cause I hate that wind!)
