going back to sumarus is part of there 10 step program, it takes 10 return visits for them to work out all the problems…

1 more question. Do you just gamble with the engines u buy? Or are there any garuntees that the timing belt wont break, clutch wont be fucked, or any other problems with it?

timing belt, non-extistant on a SR
Clutch- no guarentee’s, it is best of to replace it with the engine out. It will save you a lot of labour in the end.
That is the exact reason why i re-sealed my whole engine and replaced most of the major wear components eg clutch, temp senders, hoses, o2 sensor.
