Autopower Roll Bars and Cages - Group Buy/Discounted Shipping

Just signed up to be a dealer for these guys and will be picking up a roll bar for my car to go with some Corbeau seats and harnesses. Shipping obviously sucks on these so if you guys were interested in any we can save some cash on it by shipping them together. If there are enough to make it worth my time I can deliver to Buffalo but if not you’ll have to pick them up in the big city of Bath, NY. With that said, if you’re not in a rush I might be in the area for another reason and can drop it off.

Let me know if you have any questions and check out the link below for applications. I won’t know exact shipping until we know who’s in but it’s typically $100 so it’d be cheaper than that for sure.

Let me know what you’re interested in to get pricing. Since I’m saving money on shipping my own bar I’ll be rather generous on it.

Cool stuff man.

Could be interested in one or two if the the price is right and this comes together by mid summer.

I’m hoping to get this going within a couple of weeks. I’ll still be offering them if you’re not ready by then but was just hoping to save on some shipping of my own.

Can you pm me a price on 60170L. These bars fit Z cars well and many people add to them. I’m wondering if itll save me money over a custom cage in the end

PM sent.

Bump! Looking to pull the trigger on this next week.

Installed this in mine and didn’t exactly like how it sit so I took it to a shop to customize some.

The 3S is sort of a bastard platform so it’s not surprising I had to tweak it some. As long as other platforms fit better these bars are really solid and high quality.

I’ve been considering one of these for some time… but I really don’t want to give up the interior space.

Awesome. I’ll likely be picking up a bar/cage from Autopower so I’ll keep this in mind.

Here’s a pic of it installed…it’s obviousily tough to get the whole thing. Originally the rear support bars went through the rear speaker area but it didn’t fit all that great, mainly because they wanted you to bolt flat plates to a curved surface (the wheel well is under there). I had a family friend who owns a chassis shop down here make the rear bars drop into where the rear seat belts mounted. Might not be as strong but should still do the job…and I don’t lose my rear speakers and it makes for a cleaner look. Also had him paint it as it got a bit beat up in shipping (so plan on at least spray painting it).

That doesn’t look bad

Looks good! What color was it originally?

Black. Most of the paint came off in shipping unfortunately.

Wrote up a bit more on the install here: http://www.turnsix.net/index.php/2013/08/safety-first-autopower-roll-bar-install/
