Everything he has and does on the ice he attributes to his lacrosse career. He stopped playing 2 yrs ago due to the heavy training regimen for his hockey career.
Doubtful. Unless we finish the season with the first or second draft choice. First two picks will be a toss up between Tavares and Swede Victor Hedman a 6’7" defenseman. Also in the 2009 draft is another freak defenseman Taylor Doherty at 6’8" 225lbs. Be awesome for the Sabres to land him and pair him up with Myers on the blueline.
