I used to work at a Chinese place… I’d be shocked if anyone serves cat… They consider cat a delicacy, kind of like how we’d regard caviar or maybe veal. However, as all the cooks I’ve talked to say, “Chicken fucking nasty, man!” Chinese cooks generally hate chicken and can’t believe we love the shit. Real chinese food has either fish, beef, or tofu as the main ingredient.
