I actually just bought a small appartment building in deep souf oakland to rehab
and then rent to students.

You go baller getting whole apt. buildings n’at! I rent to cmu students, a 3 bedroom apt.

I too went to Pitt and worked in Oakland for several years (up until last month actually).

I miss that area. Working in Oakland was pretty cool.
