Hopefully it brings the benefits that have been discussed for the past decade and we didnt miss the boat by dragging our feet.
At the very least it is a step in the right direction with knocking down an outdated non useful building. Hopefully the “historical fanatics” dont stop that from happening. It is good to see something NEW going up in the CITY. At the very least all 285,000 buffalo residents might visit it one time and grab dinner at a city restaurant 
Promoting the city just a little bit at a time for all of us suburbanites might start something great.
I think next on the list should be a full remodel to the interior/exterior of the Convention Center :tup:
Despite the cynics…buffalo is on the move…its not going to happen overnite but FINALLY something is starting to go forward.
