can someone explain how this works on a 3rd grade level? i understand alot of heat and fuel… and turbo spinning. but what gets it moving on both of these?
sweet
Ok so fuel when it ignites its a hot gas that wants to expand.
With the gas expanding rapidly it causes the exhaust turbine to spin also causing the impeller turbine to spin at a faster rate.
If you notice in the begining youll see someone with a leaf blower thats what you use to do an “air start”.
The airstart is what gets the air flow started :blah:
Ive really wanted to build one of these for a long time. Commercial airliners use something simliar for generating electricity and air starting the larger engines on the plane.
