Join the Buffalo Museum of Science for its new event surrounding the science of beer! Guests will enjoy samplings from local breweries, snacking on beer-friendly foods, presentations on home brewing, entertainment, raffles and much more.

Individual tickets are $20 for museum members, $25 for non-members and include beer tastings, food and presentations.

no, you dont spit beer out at a tasting.

I think that man law prohibits spitting beer out, unless you are vomiting from the rapid consumption of beer.

some of the flavor of beer is detected at the back of the tongue. you cant spit and expect to get the full flavor.
