Also for a guy claiming not to be drunk or on drugs his positing usually is incoherent, not well formed, and gives me the fucking creeps.

#hassan says the couple referred to aasiya’s mean tendencies as ‘swords’ @NewsRadio930
#Hassan takes “Swords” for $400, Alex

I know there’s a head-tucking joke in there somewhere… RT @aaronbesecker: Mo #Hassan says he’s like a turtle http://ow.ly/3NymV
lol there it is RT @TomDolina: #Hassan compares himself to a turtle. Probably Donatello, he was good with a sword.
Early one mornin’ while makin’ the rounds
I took a shot of cocaine and I shot my woman downI went right home and I went to bed I stuck that lovin’ 44 beneath my headGot up next mornin’ and I grabbed that gun took a shot of cocaine and away I run
Made a good run but I run too slow they overtook me down in Juarez MexicoLate in the hot joints takin’ the pills in walked the sheriff from Jericho Hill
He said Willy Lee your name is not Jack Brown
You’re the dirty hack that shot your woman down
Said yes oh yes my name is Willy Lee if you’ve got the warrant just aread it to me
Shot her down because she made me slowI thought I was her daddy but she had five moreWhen I was arrested I was dressed in black
They put me on a train and they took me back
Had no friend for to go my bail they slapped my dried up carcass in that country jailEarly next mornin’ bout a half past nine I spied the sheriff coming down the line
Talked and he coughed as he cleared his throat
He said come on you dirty heck into that district court
Into the courtroom my trial began where I was handled by twelve honest men
Just before the jury started out I saw the little judge commence to look aboutIn about five minutes in walked the man holding the verdict in his right hand
The verdict read in the first degree I hollered Lordy Lordy have a mercy on me
The judge he smiled as he picked up his pin 99 years in the Folsom pen
99 years underneath that ground I can’t forget the day I shot that bad bitch down
Come on you’ve gotta listen unto me lay off that whiskey and let that cocaine be
oh man… why is this still going on?
3:33 p.m.: Mo Hassan said while he was out of the country in November 2007, Aasiya reported an incident of domestic violence to staff at her doctor’s office.
He has entered his passport in evidence, which he says proves he wasn’t there.
However, the prosecution reads the medical report, which indicates Aasiya reported the incident happened 20 to 25 days prior.
Mo Hassan seems to ignore that point.
His legal advisor Jeremy Schwartz raises his eyebrows.
3:37 p.m.: The medical report notes Aasiya’s injuries caused by “same old thing,” according to prosecutor Colleen Curtin Gable.
The medical note indicates Aasiya said children were present at the time, and she was trying to “block attacks.”
except that was leonardo
At one point the judge advised him to stop bringing up things in order to rebut them… That the prosecution hadn’t brought up. :picard:
Way to go Erie County for not bringing that up as evidence in the first place.
From wivb’s coverage…
He wanted the jury to see several papers that appeared to be random thoughts of his. They included charts and scribblings of his feelings. Judge Thomas Franczyk asked about a diagram that Hassan drew, and where it came from. Hassan replied, “God.”
If I was on the jury I’d just be sitting there hoping it was over soon so I could vote to convict. I really doubt any of them are even listening to his nonsense and ramblings anymore.
Yeah the spectators are reporting that the jury is getting antsy. They had to stop the trial yesterday and pull a juror out of the room to scold her for playing with her cell phone. :picard:
You can only listen to crazy for so long before Angry Birds starts looking like a lot better use of your time.
^
So, he’s trying to make a mistrial by dragging on and on, hoping that the jurors mess up and only 11 are left? No wonder he keeps bringing all of this “evidence” to the court.
I STILL don’t get how any of it is relevant as to whether or not he killed his wife. Is the trial about something else, or am I missing the point somewhere? What does her relationship with him have to do with the final day where he cut her head off? Does it really matter WHY? How is any of this shit relevant?
He admitted to punching her in the face in 2008, something the prosecution never brought up. If this stupid thing gets mistrialed I’m going to punch a baby in the face.
I think it’s getting dragged out like this because they’re trying to avoid an appeals mess with the whole representing himself BS. I’m sure the judge would love to just say, “you’re a moron, and you’ve wasted enough time with your non-defense” but that gives him grounds to appeal based on not being given the opportunity to form his defense. So they give him plenty of leeway to ramble on hoping and assuming that the jury will just see right through it.
Eh, those tweets kinda suck.
#Hassan feels that everything was stolen from him, and he was trying to be “Martin Luther King” or “Gandhi”. #yesreally
The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders fourth edition, DSM IV-TR, a widely used manual for diagnosing mental disorders, defines narcissistic personality disorder (in Axis II Cluster B) as:[1]
A pervasive pattern of grandiosity (in fantasy or behavior), need for admiration, and lack of empathy, beginning by early adulthood and present in a variety of contexts, as indicated by five (or more) of the following:
1.Has a grandiose sense of self-importance (e.g., exaggerates achievements and talents, expects to be recognized as superior without commensurate achievements)
2.Is preoccupied with fantasies of unlimited success, power, brilliance, beauty, or ideal love
3.Believes that he or she is “special” and unique and can only be understood by, or should associate with, other special or high-status people (or institutions)
4.Requires excessive admiration
5.Has a sense of entitlement, i.e., unreasonable expectations of especially favorable treatment or automatic compliance with his or her expectations
6.Is interpersonally exploitative, i.e., takes advantage of others to achieve his or her own ends
7.Lacks empathy: is unwilling to recognize or identify with the feelings and needs of others
8.Is often envious of others or believes others are envious of him or her
9.Shows arrogant, haughty behaviors or attitudes
Aww there’s a psychobabble term for him being an asshole. It’s not his fault. Better let him off.
Newman I know that’s not what you were getting at. Just pointing out that you were dead nuts on target.
Plus I get really annoyed that there’s a “diagnosis” for every behavior. I.E. Instead of saying he IS an asshole, he HAS NPD. It’s not his fault, it’s a disease.

Wow. And there you have his dumb as fucking dog shit defense: Claims she held a knife to his neck earlier that day at lunch, forcing him to call and cut off a relationship with another woman. Then he went to wal-mart to buy knives to cut wood with a friend that weekend, she showed up and reached for her pocket where the knife from earlier had been, and so he cut off her head. God gave him the courage to do it to protect his children from her abuse.
WHAT A HORRIBLE DEFENSE. I hope that the jury doesn’t even leave the courtroom before rendering a verdict.
Please tell me someone is going to ask for some details on that one. They obviously weren’t axes or the kind of knives you would use for wood carving so for reason #121212114 his story does not make sense.
And now he’s sobbing.
Prosecution said they wouldn’t cross examine today.

Not to mention he said she reached for her pocket where he thought she had a knife… He was hiding in the shadows and she didn’t know he was there. She thought he wasn’t there. She was dropping clothes off to him.
Fixed <3
lol… this defense has more holes than…well… something with a lot of holes in it.
Sorry, I used up all my clever response credits for today.
