For WRX or STi?
I would probably rock a SI, over a MS3 for a reliable Gooder gas mileage DD.
Forced induction isnt usually the best on mileage.
would of cost me 800 for the front rotors and brakes… but i got a hookup so it only cost me 225
your hookup should hook me up too cause i asked nicely…Oh i mean please!

Should be in the next few months, I have 36,000 on the odo now. After 2 seasons of auto-x im sure they are pretty low.
because the chip adds 50HP and +100ft-lbs. (That is engine power.)
It puts a lot more strain on the motor,clutch,turbo…any other part.
I could go on and on.
BTW. my gti is awesome in the snow. Get some decent snowtires and you’re good to go.

I don’t know if you made a decision yet, but I noticed you were interested in the speed6. The speed6’s clutch engagement can be easily adjusted to get rid of the aweful cam spring feeling. Alot of us who have speed6’s have done it and aren’t looking back.
All in all I’m really happy with my speed6. I was orn between that and a legacy gt. But I couldn’t even get a WRX for the same prcice as the speed6.

Definitely not for a DD… Lack of storage space gets old real quick when you need to run errands.

if u go the evo/sti route im sure it will be bad, u WILL end up modding the car and so forth
i would go to a different dealer about that mazdaspeed 6. autoweek lists specials the manufacturers are running, and this week i saw that in there, and it was way less than 2k over msrp. sounds like home boy saw you coming.
that was for the mazdaspeed 3, the mazdaspeed 6 was over 6k under msrp
