It still doesn’t define “Content”… and useful as in useful jokes or useful car information.
I post about everything of general interest 
i took it to mean all content. jokes, good info, funny or good drama, good movies, good intellectual discussion… Someone that makes you want to click his/her threads because it will probably be something worth reading.
