wreckless driving is when you have lost control of your motor vehicle, doing donuts on a public road, fishtailing bad, or doing a wheelie on a motorcycle. You can lose your license for this.
Careless driving is having control, but doing something stupid like squeeling tire, excessive speed ect…, in your situation the wreckless won’t hold up.
Unfortunately down in florida if you rear end someone its considered wreckless driving, lukcy your not down there.
