If the pics are blurry it’s most likely not the cameras fault. You need to hold it more steady to get good results. try bracing your hand up against something and see how they come out. Also a tripod will work wonders if you are really trying to get a good crisp shot. My antique 2 mega pixel camera does quite nicely with proper technique and outstanding when I use the tripod.

i know someone else who has the same camera, and it gives them the same problem too. i am even holding the camera as steady as possible, but i still get crappy pictures a lot of the time. i just dont think sony was really meant for making cameras.
I dunno, my Sony works pretty damn well and has taken more abuse than I care to admit. It does take have a varying delay between pusing the button and actual shutter opening which might explain some difficulties.
