How fast do you think they were going on that thing?
Lockport Town and County Club lets you sled on part of the golf course…it’s a pretty decent hill…usually people make jumps there. I saw a kid break his leg on a jump about 3 years ago though.
golfcourses make good jumps if you find a sandtrap near a good slope. Usually the walls of the sandtraps have a little bit of a drop-off, and on an advanced hill it can get pretty cool. we used to do that at bethpage black all the time and the jumps were big enough for snowboards to rip on.
Usually if it looks fast on film, its faster than you think. I was just waiting for them to bail and the carnage to follow.
