best place to buy raw building materials. 2x4s etc

home depot?
lowes?

i need to get:
1 - 4×8, 3/4" plywood
:spades: 8 - 2×4’s, 8’ long
:spades: 1 - 1lb box of 1 5/8" screws
:spades: 1 - 1lb box of 2 1/2" screws
:spades: 1 - 2×2, 1/4" angle iron

I need a few 2x4s this weekend as well. I wonder if Lenco or Thruway Hardwoods would be any cheaper?

I know Valu home centers is crazy expensive. Try Metal supermarket for the angle iron

building a ramp?

I suggest 2 1/2 inch pieces  they curve better

building a ramp?

edit: damn dan beat me to it

and he is right, I wouldn’t suggest 3/4" plywood

Lowes or some local lumber yard. HD lumber can be quite shitty.

whatcha building?

building a ramp?

GUI’S

Are you building some sort of ramp?

(sounds more like a grindbox)

I figured a ramp, into a grind rail. Something like this (ramp made of wood obv.)?

good call

is it a ramp that you are trying to build?

Are you trying to mount your digital antenna for the best possible reception? Don’t be caught off guard…

shop it around and buy whatever is cheap. For a skate ledge, I wouldn’t be too worried about “shitty lumber”. As long as it doesn’t crumble under you, you’re all good.

word this is exactly what im building

so it’s not a ramp?

no it is not a ramp !
