best shipping method for a nonrunning vehicle?

hey everyone.

i sold one of my projects to someone in texas, and they will pay for all the shipping as long as it doesn’t somehow become unreasonable.

i have a feeling it’ll cost a good 700 bucks to ship a non running vehicle, but i don’t have any experience with any shipping agenices, and i’d appreciate it if anyone here could provide me with some decent input / experiences / links / phone numbers / etc…

the last time i tried to get a shipping quote, i ended up with my phone ringing nonstop and my inbox being spammed for a month… it was really annoying and i’d like to avoid that from happening again

hopefully someone can help!

thanks

good luck man, when I was trying to get rid of my crx I remember every last transport place asking me if it ran.

any transport place will charge you more if it doesn’t run, b/c it means they have to pay one of their trucks that has a winch to come get it, which often means you can be the only car on the trailer, which means you get an easy 2-300 bucks extra charge if not more

you sell your 2? lemme steal some shit out of it…
