ummm that really depends on where you go…
if theres harleys parked outside and the artists are wearing mechanics shirts while they tattoo then id have to say yes…
i can tell you i know most of the guys at eternal personally and if you went in and told them i sent you im sure either bill,casper(owner) or brian would draw you something…
some artists stick to one thing…say like realism or portraits but eternal has a pretty big genre of artwork
they dont do good portraits, ew
