I am putting new door speakers in and would like some new size speaker wire so whats the best way to run wire threw the door gromet(rubber sheild for power windows and locks wires factory).

Try using a coat hanger. Feed it through the speaker side into the harness and it will go through. Cover the end of it with tape to keep it from cutting anything.
Once it goes through, tape the wiring to it and pull it back. It really isn’t that hard. Did it on my s14. May have took 30min on one side. I think passenger side is a lot harder because you end up hitting a metal plate.
