Yes, how dare PA tell riders what the can or can’t do?!:rolljerk: There is a thing called free choice. It was his decision not to wear a helmet, and now he probably won’t be able to play football for a long time, or perhaps ever. But making people wear a helmet when they don’t want to??? Come on now, I know you guys up in NY are smarter than that. Do you really want a state to control your every action???
