as most of u know i got a 01 kawi zx7r i know its not the fastest thing in the world but hey it gets my fat ass ridin again . as the bike sits it has a k-n drop in with a yoshi rs2 slip on with it . i wanna change that and the paint . the paint is your typical green w/white highlights to it how do u guys feel about the blacked out look on them ? let me know what ya think or places to look . thanks guys

Painted everything flat black including the frame and powder coated the wheels also.

yessssss , the wheels are black already exc for a green stripe around the bead area of the wheel

oh and the frame is a dark gunmetal color now so it wont be hard goin to black

yea flat black is win…just don’t leave any green accents on it. There is a kid with a zx-6 around my school tooling around with a dumpy matte paint job and way too much green still on it. With the job he did on it, he would have looked better if he hadn’t done anything at all IMO.

I’ll snap a pic of it If I see it around again :slight_smile:

I can respray that sucker matte black for ya. HotRod black is this single stage stuff that is a mix and spray deal and it comes out mint. Lemmi know if your interested.
