oh certainly it is expensive, but so were the first PC’s, and the first big screen tvs, and then the flat panels… but it all comes down in price.
hell, the wooden coffee table the old lady and i bought was well over 1 g, and all i can do is set my electronics on it. 
if this comes down to about 2-3k, i could totally see it in homes.
