alright I’m not a liberal person but what Ben Bankas said is absolutely not true. He sounds like a giant incel.

Birth control is not soley for the prevention of pregnancy. There’s a guy at my work who speaks the same way about women.

I asked him “so if all these chicks are getting fucked, who are they getting fucked by?”

the conversation ender was “don’t you have a daughter? Is she included in all these chicks being fucked?”

Birth control helps EVERYBODY. If anything, people who live off the government should be on it, imagine how much money in taxes go to single parents?? People who shouldn’t have kids should be on it.

It’s also extremely cheap to manufacture.

Canada has problems but it’s not because of birth control.

I don’t know who Ben Bakas is but I’m guessing he got rejected by a woman at some point in his past and now holds a grudge against all of them.

edit - forgot to mention the stress of fostered children puts on infrastructure as well as the psychological issues developed at a young age from being parentless or growing up in a broken home, birth control should be pushed if anything.

Wait do dude not use condoms anymore? Does every guy just raw dog every chick he meets?

He’s a stand up comedian. And he’s coming to Buffalo!

Depends on what state you live in :hotdog:

lol of course not, but of course there’s people who do.

As a single guy I wrap it up even if they’re on BC, and I pull out. take that shit to the bathroom sink, fill it with water, empty it, put it in my pocket, take it home and throw it out in my own garbage.

I’ll admit that BC does make a lot of people lax because I’ve been told “it’s fine”, but 99% effectiveness isn’t enough for me.

Besides all that, BC saves us countless dollars due to the short and longer term fiscal, societal and psychological costs that come with unwanted pregnancies. If you think shit isn’t great today it would be much worse without BC, but with that being said, if there wasn’t BC people may be less inclined to be risky. I would say with BC there is probably an increase in STDs, but even with the cost of treatment, it’s still much less than that of raising a child.

TLDR - BC is not responsible for the issues in Canada.

if it was only 99% effective i’d have like 7 kids by now.

that’s quite good.

lol Rain Tax

The city’s proposal calls it a wastewater usage tax, and it’s based on the amount of rainwater generated from residents’ hard surfaces, such as driveways and roofs.

Somebody get this to the onion!

I think that checks out.
In CA you are not allowed to catch rain, and in CA-nada, you can not allowed to give it to the city.
