I’m proposing a new tradition. Since Buffalo wings have gone all over the world, and sometimes you can find some pretty decent renditions, I’ve figured something to make them very local. I’ve lately begun using Bison French Onion Dip on my chicken fingers. I think it’s better than Bleu Cheese. It’s also a local food. You won’t find dip this good in any other city.
So, I’m proposing a change: Out with the French moldy cheese, in with a Buffalo exclusive.
