I’ve been down to the marina a few times lately, and there always seems to be a Miss Buffalo cruise blasting rap music (specifically INDEPENDANT and AY BAY BAY) with only black people on board.
I want to go on this so badly.
Any ideas what it is?
Will i need to be of African descent to board?
