BMW Guys Flock in, Small Oil Drip Question

I went to get something checked out through my warranty for my 2004 E46 M3 and on the drivers side if you take the wheel off and look through the wheel well to the block you will see two bolts that have less then a drop of oil on them.

Because of this they will not cover anything until I fixed it. So I cleaned it off to see if it would come back or if it was just left over from a oil change etc. Unfortunately it has come back. I am totally stumped on what it could be. I have done some serious research and people say its common that this happens, but they’re problems are the CPV valve thats located on the passenger side.

Does anyone know if there is one located on the driver side? I may just take the two bolts out and see if maybe they have a washer or o-ring that I could replace then tighten them. I don’t know I am kind of stumped. Any help could be great. Thanks

Looking in from which wheel well? Could it be the oil filter housing? Need moar pics.

looking from the driver side wheel well, i tried snapping a picture but you cant tell. its legit a drop of oil on the outside of the two bolts. its not the oil filter housing. when i say a drop it may even be less than that. its such a dumb little thing
