BMW Pre Warranty Expiration Inspection

Say your bimmer has a 4 year 100k CPO warranty that will expire in 7k miles. The dealer obviously won’t look over the car for any warranty repairable issues. Is there anything I can do to make sure that as soon as the 100k is up I am not SOL if something happens? Is there some sort of pre-expiration inspection service offered anywhere? Or maybe a PPI? I googled this one up and came up with nothing.

Thanks.

With any warranty they will not do “preventative fixes” anyway. So unless something breaks before 100k, you’re SOL.

Even if you find something that’s a bit worn and going to fail in the next 10,000 miles, BMW is going to tell you to GTFO if it hasn’t actually failed.

I’m sure you could PAY the dealer to try and find any work that they can profit from (that’s covered by BMW). otherwise it’s up to you to find things yourself in time.

Run it for a while with no oil, then add some oil and complain about the knock.
