he was the head chef at hyde park for a while at the galleria and supposedly quit after he discovered it was too much for him. from what i hear, he sucks.

there are board members on here who can vouch for this. he was the head chef there and if you have never been to hyde park, then that would explain why you don’t know this.

Mammosiers FTW. I personally can’t eat at Duffs. I like wings grilled and crispy, not saucy. …From what I remember, people in the audience actually liked Flay’s wings better, but they werent Buffalo Style, so he lost the challenge. I’ve never heard anything about him being the chef at Hyde Park. But what do I know?

I’ve been to Hyde Park and no people who work there. He was never the head chef at that location or any of the other chain locations.
