its a different world over there i know hell i enlisted and ill more then likly see iraq or possibly iran in the next 6-8 months being that i picked a job like infantry i didnt do it for peoples respect i did it because i think its going to be cool as hell to bust down doors and blow shit up (as fucked up as that may sound to some people) as for the death rates yea its not percents which makes it hard to compare i agree with you … however showing the numbers like that well it makes some people think about it a little more. ill try my best to find some accurate numbers on it and try to calculate a percent for people to see.

i bet you didnt know but i believe it was 2 of the top alquida (yes i know i dont know how to spell) top guys were actually found driving around the pittsburgh international airport oo about 8 months ago or so. that didnt make the news did it … of course not it would scare the crap out of everyone.

last time I checked airplanes flying into buildings isnt a daily occurance, and has NEVER happened in Pittsburgh. The US has had 3 major terrorist attacks EVER. Iraq has that before lunch. Please STOP with this retarded arguement.

Most of the civilian casualties are from airstrikes. So most of them were probably in their homes when a bomb fell on it.

Iraq was a pushover militarily. Iran will not. An Iranian occupation would be a bloodbath. Tehran would make Baghdad look like San Francisco

we would have to. A sustained occupation in Iran is impossible. Therefore our only real option is airstrikes. However, for regime change you really have to occupy.

Another problem is America is always riding that “bringing freedom and democracy to the middle east” bullshit. Iran has a democratically elected president.

Iran is a far more complicated issue than Iraq.
