you didnt hear wheel spin because it was wheel hop which between the street tires and the freezing cold road i could do nothing about :hang: the only thing i could have done was to start in 3rd for the runs so i didnt have to worry about spinning. and no i didnt spray the 2nd run.

are you high? he was pedaling the entire time… instant 450tq tends to have that effect with street tires and 40 degrees. DO you have any idea how much of a jump you get when the other car racing is spinning/wheel hopping etc for a couple seconds? I would have just let off if i was greg, no point.

its not so bad when its in the 60s but when that road get cold i just sucks, if you listen to the 1st vid you can hear that i stayed in it and tried to pedal it which is why boosting pulled so bad, but in the 2nd you can hear the rpms get real high real fast so i just shifted in to 3rd and i started to reel him but you can hear it bog a little when i shift. but i dont wanna seem like im making excuses he beat me fair and square

I took my solid axle car out in that 30ish degree shit and was spinning 4th. Wasn’t even fun. We go from rain for weeks and then I finally drive my car and it’s useless.
Spinning and wheel hopping = 2 different experiences. Solid axle you can let off a bit to try to regain traction. Wheel hop you just totally let off to save your half shafts. lol At least for me.

Remember, I have a 16g too. I only go 12’s on my street trim, my 11’s passes are full out, weight redux to the max, and 50 pounds less rotational mass through slicks and lightweight wheels. I have been pretty close to a few dsm’s on the street.
My car falls on it’s face up top, I just get out of the hole like a banshee.
