They should have/were punished for disseminating images but theres was such little reasonable doubt that she was in fact “raped.” If thats the precedent Ohio wants to set, then im happy to know I live in a world where any drunk bitch can convict me of rape by simply saying “I dont remember being fingered by him.”

I drank and partied all during high school none of my friends were banging drunk passed out chicks…In fact this happened to a girl I know during high school(she was 16-17) by someone who was 18+ and in the military the person ended up getting beat up by 7+ people and the kids from Williamsville(kids from north/east you might know actually) were the first to get charged in NYS with some new gang beating law.
The kids in that case knew what they did…Discussed it on video like morons and exchanged text messages and pictures.

Girls are fucking stupid and put themselves in terrible social situations all the time and unlike boys, you do need to look out for them more. No, in a matter of minutes, the media was told they ID’d the suspect, and a few minutes later, the media was told he was arrested. For all we know, they could have ID’d the suspect yesterday afternoon.
