I still think that we should follow due process and enforce the rules the way that we all agreed to. I am very sure this asshole is guilty, and he will be found as such, he will receive the punishment that our laws dictate.

So plea down to a parking violation? That’s how our system seems to work these days. If punishment was harsh and consequence was assured (no plea deals etc…) you’d see far less bullshit going down. Our legal system is a fucking joke.
