Who cares about the square footage, it’s a great house. Nice kitchen, bath, living room, patio seems sweet, and best of all your extra garage. I think everything on the what you could really ask for in a house is on the list. Anything more is just getting greedy.

pretty much just appliances, the hot tub, grill and a gun safe… the guy lives in florida now and still has tons of stuff in the place so maybe he’ll just leave some stuff behind and i’ll get lucky… there is still a home gym and wood shop in the basement that needs to get moved out.

How are PA taxes? Something like that around here is going to run you 25k+ a year.

There are people that like soffits and people that don’t-seems that there is no inbetween. Personally I think they finish off the kitchen.

so as i pass the 1 year mark in the new place i realize i never posted any pictures after we actually closed on the place… i’ll get something up this weekend

LOL We used to do this at my dads when we were kids, roller hockey also, just put some wood over the windows.
I remember seeing the pics of this house when you bought it and was super impressed with the home and its layout/garage etc. Hope to find somehting like this for myself in the future.
