That’s way too much for coating brakes.

i checked 3 different places and all were right around the same

Sweet Job… Powerder coating has gone up alot in the past couple years.

Was it just two calipers, or four? And did they have to mask anything off? I know when they have to do the prep work (media blast, etc) and the coating, but have to mask off a lot of stuff, it’ll get expensive quick.

But damn $200. I got my greddy IM, both valve covers and both upper and lower timing belt covers for $220 at Boontek. They also have to do a shit ton of masking.

ya the only masking would have been were the piston sits and i took them all apart whats the number to that place?

They look quite nice.

But I hope you aren’t planning to track your car at all. Powdercoating isn’t really an ideal choice for brake calipers generally speaking. It won’t stand up to the heat.

And it keeps alot of the heat inside. As opposed to letting the airflow past it cool it off
