Pretty funny how both wheels pop off at the exact same time 
story behind this?!?!?
The upright failed on the right side of the car, transferring all the energy of the suspension under full braking to the other side of the car, which shattered that upright instantly.
You can see the wheel tether attached to part of the upright in this photo (which is why the wheels went flying rather than staying attached as usual).
