detroit was well worth it for me
Four hours each way. Not far at all, IMO. If you are driving an hour and a half to go to Toronto to see a half-rate show, why not go the extra few miles?
All these people are going to the bullshit show in Carlisle, which is at least as far as Detroit… :roll:
The Buffalo show is worth it for some people. Before I bought my truck I used it as a great way to check out all the suv’s without the hassle of some salesman humping my leg for 30 minutes per dealership. The show helped me narrow it down two a few I wanted to test drive.
Now if you want to go see concept cars, make the 3-4 hour trip to Detroit. Any car guy should do it at least once. Just a warning, it takes the whole day to see everything. And go on a school day so all the little ghetto kids aren’t there treating every car like a jungle gym.
Who cares? Its over this year.

Thats kinda weird since they are everywhere lately.
Schmitts doesn’t want to spend the money I guess.
Maybe they figure they won’t gain enough sales by having a display there.

i usually go to the car show in NYC at the javits center. show there is usually pretty sick, im sure its comparable to toronto and maybe a step below detroit. I dont wanna be dissapointed at the buffalo auto show. maybe ill wait for the nyc show and take a weekend trip home and go check it out
the ZO6 was sweet…
i took alot of pics but they were on my phone…
they also had a jeep hurricane…kinda weird looking
also they had a new civiic si…but they had the worse color of them all…some graphite/brownish color…
there was a CTS-V…it was in the corner by the stairs…at least it was there monday night during setup…
Yeah, DUAL HEMI’s. I love that Hurricane, first time I saw one in person though…

im considering going. if i have free time i will i’m not going to make special arrangements to see it though
did they have the hood open on the shelby? i have heard that its the shelby body but with 05 stang gt motor in it :tdown:
That was a STS not a CTS.
They also had a srt8 Cherokee.
I think the srt8 is like 450hp!!
