I was going to suggest Ulrich’s but figured he only wanted take out. They have good specials.
Ulrichs will do takeout, when I worked next door at Sitel/CL I would do take out there all the time.
Ulrich’s is currently closed, they’ve been seized by Tax for 7 outstanding warrants.

I went there a few times when I was downtown and the consistency of the food was hit or miss. Sometimes an italian roast beef was made as a paninni, other times it was a sandwich.
