Testing the water here…I think im going to turbo my 04 civic instead of the 89 hatch due to title isuses so here it goes…
D16a6 bottom end…
All machine work done by TW machining in Fairport NY…known for expensive but good work
-20 over bore and block notched then acid tanked
-wiseco 20 over z6 pistons with 8.5:1 comp
-Eagle rods (newer ones with the arp 2000 bolts)
-acl std bearings and thurst washers
-Oem water pump, oil pump, front and rear main seals, oil pickup gasket timming tensioner (everything on the motor is new)

I spent 3 hours cleaning this things ports and valves, combustion area
Oem valve seals
6/1000 valve spring shims to get 14lbs more spring to the oem springs (can rev to 8000rpm with pretty much no worries)

D16Y valve cover painted a “mugen” grey color with the honda left silver and new oem valve cover gasket
