It’s the 9 Second Racing car, I’ve seen it in an issue of Modified Mag in 2005, but its probably been in a few other features as well.
Better the 26 is in an s14 than an s13. S13 looks too nimble for an RB to sex it up. Its like having a tiny asian girl boned by fat bastard from Austin Powers.
