Burqa ban ruled constitutional in France

That sounds good to me. j/k

I will also add that most girls iā€™ve ever seen wearing these smelled bad. For obvious reasons. If it cuts down on stinky chicks then cool.

chick in the Hijab is pretty hot.

iā€™m for this law and iā€™d vote for it over hereā€¦ i felt bad about it at first but now that Josh points out the other headwear options i feel much better about it.

I swear to god, a gaggle of those sharia niqab/burqa wearing hoes walked into work the other day and were trying to sneak around an aisle to surprise their kids, it looked like a fucking ninja fight was about to take place. I was laughing at them the entire time.

 lol

Anyway, Stanger I think an American should be able to wear a white hood if he wants. The government shouldnā€™t say a fucking thing about what we wear or donā€™t wear. Especially if it involves religious dress.

I think individual banks or stores or whatever should be able to privately say that people have to show their face so that the store, bank, post office, whatever, can provide proper security to the other patrons. Besides, show me one single crime that would have been prevented if a muslim woman wasnā€™t allowed to cover her face. This is just more xenophobic hate law crusading as security for the greater good.

This.

France has a unique ā€œFrenchā€ culture and they will do anything necessary in order to keep it from changing due to the melting pot effect.

The US is different, we have no ā€œcultureā€ but instead a mix of many different cultures, which is why we need to show equality towards all.

I completely agree with the French, I do not agree with the US adapting this law.

Wow, makes you realize why there is so much anti-islam backlash in France right now.

Also interesting that the guy who did the hidden camera films has to hide his identity because of death threats.

Violence? nah neverā€¦

What France needs is a Jewish driver in a H2 fearing for his life.

this is stupid. passing this law does mean it will be enforced. especially since women who wear burqas spend most of their time around people with the same beleifs, and those people can be found in clustered communities where they will stand up for eachothers right to practice their religion. its not worth talking about until someone gets a burqa ticket. which i presume will be never. an nyc cop gave a guy a ticket for wearing his pants to low, it went to court and the judge dismissed it. the burqa thing is just one degree further, and one degree more discriminatory toward a particular ethnic group.

Is there a law that states your pants need to be at or above a certain distance from your waist? As long as it was not entering indecent exposure area, why would he get a ticketā€¦

Can someone explain to me the purpose of them dressing like this anyways? Since when did fashion merge with beliefs.

Itā€™s how extreme Islam tries to control lust and sex drives. Basically the women cover up 99% of their bodies so that no other dude can look at them and think about fuckinā€™ - Itā€™s a ā€œnobleā€ thing for women to only want their husband to look at them ā€œthat wayā€ and men like keeping that level of control over the women. Some view it as oppression of women, some as ā€œnoble.ā€

I bet the originators just wanted to be able to bang busted chicks and get away with it with their friends.

You are both wrong, it is a show of dominance.

Thatā€™s what they WANT you to think! Keep drinking the Kool Aid!
