There actually are quite a bit of american made products in walmart.
Anytime you buy photos from walmart, they’re all american made.
All printer parts, made in USA, assembly in USA.
Computer/server units made in USA.
all Paper, made in USA. [South Carolina to be exact]

Some auto crap is made in USA.
A lot is made in Japan and Malaysia.
But yeh.
the majority is made in China :stuck_out_tongue:

Tentative deal has been reached

http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2008/01/24/AR2008012400532.html?hpid=topnews

I think most of us can expect $300-600

so what bolt-ons are you all getting?

"Under the deal, nearly everyone earning a paycheck would receive at least $300 from the Internal Revenue Service. Most workers would receive rebates of $600 each, or $1,200 per couple. Families with children would receive an additional payment of $300 per child. Workers who earned at least $3,000 last year – but not enough to pay income taxes – would be eligible for $300. "

so im looking at about $1800 nice

I don’t know but i can guarantee 2 things…

  1. They will be parts shipped overnight.
  2. The parts will be from Japan.

So im probably looking at a magnetic oil drain plug…

“Rebates would be limited, however, to single taxpayers who earned up to $75,000 or couples with incomes of as much as $150,000.”

Why give money to the people that pay the lion’s share of the total taxes?:gotme:
