If the guy is a dealer why not have him handle the registration and all of that? I’m almost positive we as a dealer take care of all the paper work for even out of state buyers so that the car has plates when they pick it up.
exactly. where i work it is all handled for you as well. i’d ask the dealer about it before shelling out $ for a trailer or anything else.

chris says he’s a dealer. i know at my shop the sales guy handles all the paperwork. pretty sure all you have to supply would be your license, proof of insurance, etc… maybe PA is different though?
no the sales/title clerk should be doing all the paper work then… cossey only needs to sign his name and give them a check… they should do the rest… anything more and it’s a shitty dealer that doesn’t deserve your money… especially at this time
It’s the owner’s personal car, so I don’t know if he’s selling it through the dealership or private party.
Find someone with a pick up truck and get a u-haul tow dolley and make a day out of it. Thats what I do when i’ve purchased vehicles from out of the area.
