it looks like they need to strap that car down a little better and try again to make their last dyno graph usefull because the little hickup when he went WOT (i assume when the no2 kicked in) caused teh car to start bouncing back and forth and made the graph go all over the place and in my opinion the dyno operator was taking a huge risk by not lifting when it started bobbing on the dyno like that because he could have easly broked tiedowns and if you have ever seen s video of that you know what comes next :banghead:

I was simply stating that a video of a car on the dyno with MODS that has about 80k invested into it, performs just like another car on the dyno with about 40k invested.

COmparing boosted dyno and Juice dyno, very similar. I don’t think the 7.0 is all that impressive, and Z06s will get smoked by single turbo supras cause they make over 1000HP with bolt-ons.

I dont concur. I think the 7.0 is a damn impressive motor. Its making 500 HP the old way…Pushrods, 2 valves per cylinder, N/A, and big cubes(428). Now just for comparison the 5.4 in the Ford GT. This motor doesnt impress me too much. Its roughly 330 cubes, and i think its technically complex as hell. Chain driven DOHC, 4 valves per cylinder, and a 2.3L eaton on it. It makes about 550 HP. So despite all these technical marvels, its only good for 50 HP more than the 7.0? I’m sorry but i think for a motor with this much technology in it i think it should be putting out a hell of a lot more power. Shit hondas make 800 WHP on the street now.

ok since everyone seems to be so confused about where video’s go lol dyno video’s, aren’t races, so they are gen auto. races at a race track, ie: drag/rally/roadcourse/autocross are motorsports. races that happen out on the street, are kill stores.

i said stock “except” this that and the other…any car with very minimal mods like this has good potential and thats what i was trying to show you guys…
basically with headers and cam …everything else stock even air filter, mufflers, ect ect…the car made 552 wheel…thats about 1500 in mods and NO TUNNING…ad a dry or wet kit and for around 2000…you get 700 wheel!!! thats pretty fucking good…

this car with 700 wheel vs. a 1000 wheel supra…i think from a stop vette all the way to 150ish…from a roll obviously a different story but that depends on starting speed too…

as for this car 80k total!! you could pick one up for around 70k and this car just came out…supra with 40k??? ok supra for new=40k with tax and 40k into? thats just as much as the vette…the reason it costs so much is it just came out…
