you have a bike and a truck and no ramps. shame one you tisk tisk tisk :fart: and actually the front tire against the front of the bed is a good thing. all i do and ever done for any bike ive hauled was get two rachets around the bars down to the tie downs and tightend down to you compress the front forks. bikes have always been safe. if your bike is long leave gate down thats what i used to do with the s10. my old Kat was heavy close to 500 and i used to get it up there by myself without ramps. i used a hill and a board.
your bike and truck will be fine. its been done over and over again. hell i even raced cutty in my truck with the 1kRR in the back and didnt flinch about it. also it was nice beating the MSS in a truck with over 400lbs of bike in it and a passenger

You and quik are missing two key points. My silverado is a lot higher than an S-10 or dakota. And the font tire itsself isn’t the problem, its the front fender that is a lot lower on the tires than both of your bikes. Its a lot of BS to go through just to take off the fender due to the brake lines. All that to haul it home, not worth it.

I never bought ramps due to buying a trailor next month as soon as I get my income tax return and buy a bunch of goodies off of Adam at RR. After talking to Duess and those guys, ramps wouldn’t be too much fun for as big of a bike as mine is and not having help readily availible. Beisdes now I have two bike to haul around and they both are deffinatly not fitting in there together.

forgot to state lifted s10 same height as ZR2. and the fender on a Kat is low but its ok i get the point and just stating how you can haul a bike
and with twos that i have i can basically ride the bike up onto the truck. i just let the bike drive up and walk along the side of it. i dont have any issues loading up my bike by myself with the tractor ramps i have. only flaw is ramps are heavy. not like a typical bike ramp
